Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 04, 2026

At UseToolVerse (accessible from https://usetoolverse.com), the privacy of our visitors is one of our primary priorities. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that are collected and recorded by UseToolVerse and how we use it.

1. General Information & Client-Side Processing

UseToolVerse operates as a directory of free online utility tools. We take a privacy-first approach to data processing:

  • No File Uploads: Most of our tools (including the Image Compressor, Image Resizer, PDF Merger, Meta Tag Generator, and Word Counter) run entirely client-side. This means that your source images, texts, or PDF files are processed locally inside your browser cache and are never uploaded to our servers or stored in any database.
  • Server-Side Processing: For specific tools that require server-side execution, files are processed in secure memory and are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the operation is complete.

2. Log Files

UseToolVerse follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

3. Google AdSense & Cookies Disclosures

We display third-party advertisements on UseToolVerse to support the platform. Google is one of our third-party vendors. Google uses cookies to serve ads on our site:

  • Third-Party Cookies: Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to serve advertisements based on a user's prior visits to UseToolVerse or other websites on the internet.
  • The DART Cookie: Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our visitors based on their visit to UseToolVerse and other sites on the internet.
  • Opting Out: Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting the Google Ads Settings page at https://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, users can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out page at https://optout.networkadvertising.org.

4. Privacy Policies of Advertising Partners

You may consult this list to find the Privacy Policy for each of the advertising partners of UseToolVerse.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on UseToolVerse, which are sent directly to users' browsers. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note: UseToolVerse has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

5. Third-Party Privacy Policies

UseToolVerse's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. To know more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found at the browsers' respective websites.

6. Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

UseToolVerse does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

7. Consent & Updates

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
